Welcome to our Customer Week Offers! To be eligible for these exclusive offers, customers must adhere to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the Customer Week Offers, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Customer Week Offers, customers must fulfill the following requirements:
- Pay Upfront for Domain and Hosting: Customers are required to pay the full amount for domain registration and hosting services upfront.
- Pay 70% of Website Design Fee: A payment of 70% of the total website design fee must be made at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion.
- Time Frame for Project Completion: The standard time frame for completing the website design and development is 2 weeks from the date of the initial payment and provision of all necessary materials and content from the customer.
2. Offer Duration
This offer is valid until Sunday, 13th October. Orders placed or payments made after this date will not be eligible for the special offer benefits.
3. Payments and Refunds
- All payments made towards domain, hosting, and the initial 70% of the website design fee are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- In the event of a cancellation before the project begins, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the company, excluding any costs already incurred.
4. Scope of Work
The offer applies only to standard website design projects as agreed upon during the consultation phase. Any additional features, design revisions, or requests beyond the initial scope will be billed separately.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By making the upfront payment and opting for the Customer Week Offers, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Customer Week Offers at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our website.
